Responsibilities

• Support construction management with technical tasks and project execution for concrete construction projects
• Perform site measurements of completed work and handle billing using specialized software
• Monitor construction performance to ensure compliance with legal requirements, standards, and regulations
• Coordinate the cost-effective and timely procurement and disposition of equipment, machinery, and materials
• Manage the coordination and scheduling of site personnel and subcontractors
• Review subcontractor invoices and prepare daily progress reports
• Perform quantity take-offs and assist with calculations and work preparation

Requirements

• Completed technical training in construction (bautechnische Ausbildung)
• Professional experience in concrete construction (Betonbau) or civil engineering (Tiefbau) is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with industry-specific software such as AutoCAD or iTWO is an advantage
• Valid Category B driving license
• Conscientious and committed way of working
