Bauleiter

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor complex construction projects from start to finish, focusing on audio, video, and lighting technology.
• Manage project scheduling and budgeting using modern software tools like Microsoft Project and PlanRadar.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant German construction, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Coordinate and lead construction workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth installation processes.
• Plan material and equipment requirements in close collaboration with the planning team.
• Maintain high quality standards and perform regular progress monitoring and reporting to owners and clients.
• Manage risks, coordinate acceptance processes, and handle on-site problem-solving to ensure operational readiness.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including measurement and revision documents.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management and successful project completion.
• Background in audio, video, or lighting technology is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of German construction and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Microsoft Project and PlanRadar.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
