Responsibilities

• Manage the independent commercial processing of construction projects
• Handle monthly closings, performance reporting, and target-actual comparisons
• Manage invoicing for clients and verify/post incoming invoices
• Review contracts, permits, and other certifications in collaboration with site management
• Support liquidity control, guarantee management, and insurance management
• Contribute to company digitalization initiatives

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration
• Proven professional experience is preferred; knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Strong numerical affinity and entrepreneurial thinking
• Ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
