Baugeräteführer

Responsibilities

• Operate and control construction machinery and systems, including wheel loaders, dumpers, and crawler tractors
• Monitor and coordinate the acceptance of excavated earth
• Maintain and care for operational areas and renatured sites
• Support smooth on-site organization and monitor operational workflows

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Baugeräteführer, Land- and Baumaschinenmechatroniker, Mechatroniker, or a comparable technical qualification
• Proven experience operating construction machinery
• Valid driving license (Class B or higher)
• Proficiency in digital applications such as Google Workspace or SAP
• Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain composure in stressful situations
