BattleCreek Church is looking for ministry-focused, Christ-centered individuals to help further their mission to help people Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose, and Make a Difference.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in 1-on-1 training with staff members
  • Participate in hands-on leadership opportunities
  • Engage in holistic development through book discussions and staff training events
  • Work within a chosen ministry area such as HR, Creative, Communication, Production, Facilities, IT, Outreach, Young Adults, Haven, or NextGen Central

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a personal vehicle
  • Must have a personal cell phone
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Agreement to adhere to internal and external core values and code of conduct
  • Consent to a background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • A calling to full-time ministry
  • A desire to make a kingdom impact rather than performing administrative tasks
