Battery Validation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Set up and optimize battery testing equipment and means.
• Perform safety tests on individual cells and cell assemblies.
• Process and exploit experimental data through simple modeling and mechanical/electrochemical correlations.
• Write technical test reports, summaries, and presentations for project teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary experts in electrochemistry, safety, simulation, physics, and thermal management.
• Participate in technological monitoring and benchmarking activities within the battery domain.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 program, Engineering school, or equivalent training.
• Specialization in materials physics, energy materials, or applied physico-chemistry.
• Solid foundational knowledge in physics.
• Strong interest in battery technologies and experimental testing.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
• Rigorous approach to experimental practices with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team.
