Battery Cell R&D Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable manufacturing processes in Pack/Module pilot production line, hitting target yield, capabilities, throughput, and OEE
• Collaborate with Quality and other teams on control plans and in-process quality checks
• Support initial process qualification, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate problem-solving using quality tools
• Develop and maintain process documents, conduct training for production employees

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in Pack/Module assembly processes
• BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Materials Engineering
