Batching Plant Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of three batching plants across different sites
• Ensure all plants remain fully operational with minimal downtime
• Plan production in line with site requirements and project timelines
• Monitor material stock levels based on usage and upcoming demand
• Monitor operations to reduce wastage and improve efficiency
• Prepare production reports (planned vs. actual) for management
• Control costs and ensure effective resource utilization
• Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and logistics
• Supervise plant staff and ensure safety and efficiency
• Ensure concrete quality meets project standards
• Oversee routine maintenance and resolve breakdowns
• Ensure all activities follow safety and HSE guidelines

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in batching plant operations
• Experience within high-rise construction projects preferred
• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of plant operations, concrete production, and maintenance
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills
