Batcher Lead

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily operations to ensure processes meet safety, quality, and production goals
• Manage sanitation and batching departments to ensure adherence to standards and production schedules
• Verify batching equipment meets sanitary conditions, including allergen control and ATP swab results
• Perform daily cleaning of equipment including clean-in-place (CIP) of tanks
• Ensure accurate measurements and blending to maintain continuous product supply
• Analyze reports for batching yields, ERP accuracy, and raw material lot management
• Recommend and implement measures to improve production methods and reduce waste
• Train team members on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with GMP and HACCP
• Operate blenders and PLC-controlled agitation and transfer systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Safety or Manufacturing preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a beverage production facility
• 1-3 years of experience as a batcher or technician in an FDA regulatory environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PC
• Basic knowledge of the English language
