Batcher

Responsibilities

• Control flow of syrup to production lines
• Mix and blend ingredients to create various batches
• Set equipment parameters for operation
• Perform quality checks and sanitation
• Inventory and control ingredients
• Receive, monitor and control sugar
• Maintain production records
• Operate forklift truck
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 3 years of food production operation experience
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
