Batchdoc Reviewer

Responsibilities

• Review completed GMP batch documentation for oligonucleotide intermediates and end products to ensure correct and timely completion
• Act as an interface between the production department and QA Batch Compliance to clarify documentation questions
• Discuss discrepancies with production staff and advise on necessary corrective measures
• Record the receipt of batch documentation and manage digital transfers to QA
• Maintain a regular presence on the shop floor to understand processes and support production staff with cGMP documentation queries
• Actively identify and drive improvements in documentation and operational workflows

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologist, Chemical Laboratory Technician, or equivalent training/experience in a GMP environment
• At least 2 years of professional experience in chemical/pharmaceutical production or Quality Assurance
• Highly reliable, independent, and able to work effectively within a team
• Structured, clean, and concentrated working style with strong attention to detail
• Very good German language skills and good English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred
