Batch Scheduling Operator

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain batch execution calendars.
• Supervise the execution of automated processes.
• Detect and escalate incidents related to batch planning and execution.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of service procedures.
• Collaborate with operations, development, and support teams to ensure service continuity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in batch process planning.
• Knowledge of scheduling and automation tools (Control-M, Autosys, UC4).
• Proficiency with Unix/AIX/Linux environments and basic scripting skills.
• Experience with tools such as Java, GitHub, ITNow, Editran, or SAP Transport.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and monitoring tools.
• Availability to work rotating shifts and on-call duties.
• Intermediate level of English.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL certifications or certifications in specific mentioned technologies.
• Official English language certifications.
• Additional knowledge of Java.
