Batch Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Enforce health and safety legislation and policies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and contractors
• Manage the entire scope of RMX Batch Plant operations to meet operational targets and KPIs
• Oversee budgeting, including annual budget requirements, cost-saving initiatives, and capital expenditure data
• Manage plant operations, including equipment maintenance, plant erection/removal, and refurbishment projects
• Lead people management efforts by motivating, training, coaching, and developing ground staff
• Oversee store management, including maintaining minimum stock levels and evaluating technical suppliers
• Monitor driver performance and collaborate with trainers to ensure compliance with local traffic laws and safety standards

Requirements

• BSc in Engineering
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in a concrete plant environment
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Result-oriented mindset
