Responsibilities
- Learn raw materials and cullet management, including testing and control
- Study melting technology, glass conditioning, and process parameters
- Understand end-to-end furnace operations, engineering, and energy management
- Perform glass quality controls and troubleshoot defects
- Conduct data analysis to identify cause-effect links in production
- Complete a manager-approved project focused on energy savings and process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing Technology, or a related discipline
- Ability to travel throughout North America during the program
- Ability to work outside of regular business hours as needed
- Authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis
- Willingness to relocate for future opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced industrial setting
