Responsibilities

• Learn raw materials and cullet management, including testing and control
• Study melting technology, glass conditioning, and process parameters
• Understand end-to-end furnace operations, engineering, and energy management
• Perform glass quality controls and troubleshoot defects
• Conduct data analysis to identify cause-effect links in production
• Complete a manager-approved project focused on energy savings and process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing Technology, or a related discipline
• Ability to travel throughout North America during the program
• Ability to work outside of regular business hours as needed
• Authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis
• Willingness to relocate for future opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced industrial setting
