Basis Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate processing machines within a professional production environment
• Ensure machines are optimally set up to meet quality standards
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace in accordance with procedures
• Contribute to production goals through teamwork and knowledge sharing
• Work within a shift-based schedule (3, 4, or 5-shift rotations)

Requirements

• Completed education at MBO 2 level or equivalent
• Previous experience in an operator role
• Availability to work in shift rotations
• Strong technical affinity and a proactive approach
• Possession of a forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Ambition to pursue a Vapro A certification through the company school
• Good physical health and a team-oriented mindset

Benefits

• Starting salary of EUR 2,942 gross per month, with growth potential to EUR 3,222
• Shift allowance ranging from 21.5% to 28.5%
