Base stocks and Waxes Replenishment Planner

Responsibilities

• Manage tactical supply, demand, and inventory planning processes for basestock and wax products.
• Develop and execute short- and medium-term tactical supply plans across source refineries and lubricant plant circuits.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, trading, and sales teams to optimize transportation, storage, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor demand forecasts, supply availability, and inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Manage supply risks proactively through scenario planning, alternative sourcing, or stock reallocation.
• Analyze market trends and operational performance metrics to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Execute annual basestock purchase plans from third-party suppliers and coordinate tankage replenishment.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain network or supplier management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (complex formulas) and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Understanding of supply chain fundamentals and supply/demand principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Oil & Gas or FMCG industries.
• Experience with supply and production planning for inbound materials or finished products.
• Experience in marine bulk vessel supply chain coordination.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as SAP IBP/APO, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Background in statistics or advanced analytics.
