About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical interventions on industrial equipment
- Coordinate the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, work permits, and LOTO protocols
- Lead failure analysis and promote continuous improvement actions to increase equipment reliability
- Manage maintenance activity records and tracking within SAP PM
- Coordinate activities with Operations, HSE, contractors, and other maintenance departments
- Monitor availability, reliability, and operational performance indicators
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as mechanical power transmission
- Proficiency in interpreting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic blueprints
- Experience with failure analysis, reliability, and preventive maintenance methodologies
- Proficiency in using SAP PM
- Knowledge of mechanical tolerances, measurement tools, and welding processes
