Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate weighing of finished products, raw materials, and supplies for all transport units entering and leaving the plant.
• Perform selective analysis of raw materials during receiving, storage, and production.
• Send required samples to the quality control laboratory.
• Maintain the truck scale logbook and control all exits via scale tickets.
• Manage monthly archives of generated documents, including receiving, by-products, and incoming materials.
• Complete and maintain records for various systems such as AIB, ISO-9000, and SQF.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards at the truck scale, scale office, and raw material warehouses.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the Master Sanitation Program.
• Coordinate with security personnel regarding the entry of raw material trucks into the plant.

Requirements

• Completed professional degree.
• Must reside in Acaponeta, Nayarit.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality, manufacturing, or a related role.

• Highly organized with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to serving both internal and external customers.
