BAS/BMS Master Field Technician

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning and optimization of advanced BAS for HVAC, lighting, and energy systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues across multiple platforms including WebCTRL®, Niagara, Schneider, and Honeywell
• Integrate third-party systems using BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks
• Configure controls, trends, alarms, and reports while managing secure network connections
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
• Deliver customer training and ensure systems perform according to specifications

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC, or a related technical field
• Ability to climb ladders or use lift equipment over 8 feet above grade
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
• Valid and current Driver’s License with ability to be insured by the company

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Technical School degree in HVAC, Controls, or a related field
• Proficiency with advanced building automation software such as WebCTRL
• Expertise with TCP/IP networks, including wireless technology
• Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
