Bartender/Server

Responsibilities

• Create relationships with guests and staff
• Perform station opening/closing duties on each shift
• Greet guests within 2 minutes and follow all steps of service
• Check in with guests to ensure a great experience
• Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase
• Ensure 100% compliance with all Company policies and laws, including health and safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management staff

Requirements

• Title 4 and a food handlers' certificate
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of principles for dealing directly with the public
• Ability to handle cash, give change and balance cash drawer
• Ability to stand and walk during entire 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a semi-regular basis
