Responsibilities

• Cooperate well with colleagues in own team and across departments

• Consistently match and surpass guest expectations to ensure loyalty
• Maintain thorough knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Assist guests regarding menu choices in an informative and enthusiastic way

• Strong communication skills with colleagues and guests
• Thorough knowledge of market-leading wines, spirits, and beers
• Cocktail-making experience in a quality hospitality environment
• Confidence and pride in resolving guest and workplace issues
• Flexibility, reliability, and adaptability
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury service environment or in a hotel bar
