Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, genuine hospitality in a timely manner
• Expertly craft alcoholic beverages for servers and guests
• Prepare consistent beverages following specific recipes
• Follow all cash handling policies and procedures
• Provide detailed information to guests regarding menu items
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
• Knowledge of common cocktails and ability to follow elevated recipes
• Passion for food and excellent dining experiences
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 30+ pounds repetitively
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
