Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by maintaining deep knowledge of the menu
• Advise customers and take orders with high attention to detail
• Prepare orders according to specific customer requests
• Master cocktail techniques to create and serve high-quality beverages
• Propose and collaborate on the development of new cocktail recipes
• Handle any incidents or customer issues with diplomacy
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization according to high standards
• Manage stock levels to ensure continuous bar activity
• Ensure fast and efficient service while maintaining quality
• Work in coordination and complementarity with the entire staff

Requirements

• Hospitality, catering, or mixology training
• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role
• Deep knowledge of mixology, wines, spirits, and beverages
• Mastery of food hygiene and safety rules
• Knowledge of bar and dining room service techniques
• Fluency in English is essential

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in a second language
