Bartender

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks to patrons directly or through waitstaff
• Provide timely service to all clients with a pleasant attitude
• Comply with all safety and food handling procedures and regulations
• Ensure serving containers are full using the FIFO technique
• Check customer identification to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase
• Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies
• Keep bar area clean, clutter-free, and provide a pleasant dining experience
• Follow all cash handling procedures and eliminate waste

Requirements

• 1 year of bartending experience
• Ability to work weekends and nights
