Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
• Assist with pre-opening bar setup, stock organization, and equipment readiness
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area at all times
• Engage guests with friendly, professional service and beverage recommendations
• Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and support inventory control

Requirements

• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume venue
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation
• Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused mindset
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during peak hours
• Pre-opening experience is considered an advantage
