Responsibilities

• Craft cocktails, pour wine and beer, and deliver consistent, high-quality drinks
• Maintain a stocked, clean, and smoothly running bar area
• Create a welcoming, fun, and polished guest experience
• Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure seamless operations
• Represent the Maleza brand with high energy and professional service

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of prior bartending experience
• Open availability, with Sunday and Monday availability required
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented professional
