Bartender

Responsibilities

• Deliver a memorable and professional 5-star beverage experience
• Proactively engage with guests regarding food and beverage offerings
• Mix drinks in a timely manner following standardized recipes and service standards
• Boost revenue through upselling and creative initiatives
• Contribute ideas to the creative process of beverage menus and new recipes
• Share knowledge of mixology, promotions, and Savoy stories with guests

Requirements

• 1-2 years bartending experience in a luxury environment
• Passion for and understanding of 5-star hospitality
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with guests

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of POS systems
• Basic knowledge of OpenTable
• Industry-related certifications such as WSET
