Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare beverages, serve guests, and sell food
• Build repeat clientele through personal connections and great service
• Inform guests about current marketing initiatives and upcoming events
• Follow specific service guidelines while engaging and personalizing guest experiences
• Communicate with management and serving staff to ensure effective customer flow
• Perform cross-training and mandatory cleaning tasks

Requirements

• Knowledge of commonly ordered drinks and ability to make suggestions
• Skill in time management and organization with high attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems
• Ability to maintain high pace and intensity for extended periods
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Reliable and dependable regarding scheduling
