Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including signature cocktails and bespoke requests
• Deliver personalised and engaging service to build rapport with guests
• Use Micros system for operational procedures and service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area following hygiene regulations
• Assist in the creation and refinement of cocktail recipes and presentation
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and assist in monthly stock takes
• Process payments accurately using POS systems
• Collaborate with bar and floor teams to ensure seamless service
• Adhere to laws regarding licensing, food safety, and health & safety

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume or luxury hospitality environment
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience using POS systems such as Micros
• Strong understanding of food safety, licensing, and hygiene standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
