Bartender

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-star beverage and food service across the Sheen Bar, Brasserie, Lounge, Library, and Drawing Room
• Prepare high-quality cocktails and beverages for the Signature Restaurant
• Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP and hotel protocols
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including balancing Micros POS systems
• Oversee stock rotation, storage, and keg management
• Ensure guest expectations are consistently met and surpassed through professional and flexible service

Requirements

• Proven experience in professional beverage and food service
• Comprehensive knowledge of cocktail making and beverage origins
• Proficiency with Micros POS systems
• Strong understanding of stock rotation and storage procedures
• Knowledge of HACCP compliance and food safety standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, self-motivated attitude
• Ability to work a rostered schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Must have the legal right to live and work in Ireland
