Bartender

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized hospitality and attentive table service throughout the lounge
• Prepare and serve classic, contemporary, and house cocktails with consistency and precision
• Guide guests through cocktail selections, spirit recommendations, and beverage offerings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually polished bar environment
• Manage bar inventory, garnishes, and mise en place to established standards
• Execute opening, closing, and daily operational procedures with high attention to detail
• Collaborate with hotel teams and leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a cocktail-focused hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and cocktail techniques
• Current TABC Certification
• Current Food Handler Certification
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid "floortending" model (combining bartending and table service)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for guest engagement
