Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks with skill to ensure smooth service
• Use creativity to design seasonal signature drinks
• Support the Lead in designing the bar menu and assist with team bar training
• Handle diverse tasks in service areas and reception
• Manage goods receiving, quality control, and stock organization
• Maintain proper mise-en-place according to established standards
• Share local insider tips and recommendations with guests

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in lifestyle hospitality or popular bar settings
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Strong multitasking skills and a willingness to learn
• Empathetic communication style and a passion for guest interaction
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a sense of humor
• Fluency in both German and English
