Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, drinks, and delicious snacks with high skill and efficiency
• Create seasonal signature drinks and assist in designing the bar menu
• Support the lead bartender with team training and menu trends
• Manage various service area tasks and support front desk activities when needed
• Handle goods receiving, inspection, and storage to maintain perfect mise-en-place
• Provide local insider tips and recommendations to guests to enhance their experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar bartending role, ideally in lifestyle hotels or high-traffic bars
• Fluency in both Swedish and English
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Strong multitasking skills and a high level of reliability
• An empathetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented personality with a great sense of humor
