Bartender

Responsibilities

• Support the bar team in serving drinks and attending to guests
• Handle order taking, drink preparation, and delivery
• Ensure cleanliness and order in the bar, including glassware and guest areas
• Assist in organizing and managing bar inventory and deliveries
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and handling special requests

Requirements

• Previous bar experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• German language skills
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
• Passion for gastronomy and exceptional guest service
• Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility
• Reliability and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Openness to digital tools and new systems
• Clear and effective communication skills
