Bartender

Responsibilities

• Support the bar team by serving drinks and attending to guest needs from order to delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the bar area, including glassware and guest seating
• Assist with bar inventory management, including checking stock and receiving deliveries
• Adhere to all hygiene and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Provide exceptional guest service by answering questions and accommodating special requests
• Demonstrate flexibility by taking on additional tasks to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• German language skills
• Hands-on mentality and a proactive approach to tasks
• Passion for gastronomy and exceptional guest service
• Reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in a bar setting is an advantage but not required
