Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks with flair to create a "Wow Factor" for guests
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort
• Respond to guest enquiries in a positive and timely manner
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks in a professional manner
• Collaborate with management to control costs and inventory
• Ensure compliance with all legislation and best practice activities for audit purposes

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to use various IT systems and platforms
• Hands-on approach with a "can-do" work style
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
• Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment demanding excellence
• Food & beverage service experience is beneficial but not essential
