Bartender

Responsibilities

• Mix cocktails and provide high-quality beverage service at Summit Bar
• Maximize guest satisfaction and comfort through timely responses to enquiries
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks in a professional manner
• Collaborate with management to control costs and inventory
• Ensure adherence to all legislation and due diligence requirements
• Promote company culture and values while building effective working relationships

Requirements

• Experience in food and beverage service
• Knowledge of classic cocktail making
• Proficiency in beverage knowledge including wine, beer, and spirits
• Mastery of bar techniques, garnishing, presentation, and glassware use
• Experience working with IT systems on various platforms
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and personal integrity
