Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort
• Deliver positive and timely responses to guest enquiries
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks in a professional manner
• Achieve departmental plans, initiatives, and targets
• Collaborate with management to control costs and inventory
• Maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture
• Ensure compliance with all legislation and due diligence requirements

Requirements

• Experience in food & beverage service, preferably in a busy bar
• Good knowledge of cocktails and spirits
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of tasks
• Personal integrity and ability to work in an excellence-driven environment
• Experience working with POS systems
• Strong communication skills
