Bartender

Responsibilities

• Mix drinks and serve guests in the bar environment
• Support the restaurant during service periods
• Lead and inspire the team to create a "Wow Factor" for guests
• Maximize guest satisfaction and comfort through attentive service
• Ensure adherence to all legislation and due diligence requirements
• Maintain effective working relationships and promote company culture

Requirements

• Experience in food and beverage service, including bar work
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English
• Ability to work late nights and weekends
• Availability to work year-round, including holidays and summer
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
• Commitment to exceptional guest service
