Responsibilities
- Mix drinks and serve guests in the bar environment
- Support the restaurant during service periods
- Lead and inspire the team to create a "Wow Factor" for guests
- Maximize guest satisfaction and comfort through attentive service
- Ensure adherence to all legislation and due diligence requirements
- Maintain effective working relationships and promote company culture
Requirements
- Experience in food and beverage service, including bar work
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English
- Ability to work late nights and weekends
- Availability to work year-round, including holidays and summer
