Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Mix drinks according to recipes and guest preferences
• Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Collaborate with team members to maximize guest satisfaction
• Control costs and inventory levels

Requirements

• Experience in food & beverage specifically in bar operations
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
• Commitment to exceptional guest service
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership
• Experience working with IT systems and POS platforms
• Strong communication skills
