Bartender

Responsibilities

• Preparing drinks and cocktails according to standards and recipes
• Providing high-quality guest service
• Advising guests on drink selection and building a positive experience
• Maintaining aesthetics, cleanliness, and organization of the workstation
• Controlling inventory and proper product storage
• Following hotel standards, procedures, and hygiene rules

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in a similar position
• Flexibility and a positive "Yes I Can!" attitude
• Attention to detail
• Passion for creating exceptional service
• Ability to work in a team to ensure guest satisfaction
• Strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of Polish and English
• Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
