Responsibilities

• Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort
• Provide positive and timely responses to guest requests

• Contribute to improving service standards, profitability, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B is preferred but not essential
• Practical and positive approach
• Autonomy, dynamism, and flexibility
• Problem-solving skills and creative solution finding
• Professional integrity and seriousness
• Strong communication skills and excellent knowledge of English
