Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the restaurant and bar
• Share knowledge of the food menu, spirits, beer, and wine
• Assist guests with the PopStroke mobile ordering app
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to restaurant, bar, and golf guests
• Prepare fresh garnishes, stock ice, glassware, and supplies
• Assist with inventory management and monitoring stock levels
• Comply with all safety, sanitation, and state liquor laws
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, food & beverage, and gaming areas
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Experience using POS systems
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for long periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs
• Ability to safely use a ladder
