Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of innovative cocktails, wines, and other beverages in accordance with high luxury standards
• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, engaging with them to enhance their experience at La Vita
• Ensure accuracy in drink preparation, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
• Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing beverages and supplies
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records for efficient stock management
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining high levels of cleanliness
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and monitor guest consumption
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service and support management in training new staff
• Participate in the creation and execution of beverage promotions and special events

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in a luxury hotel or upscale dining establishment
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and team members
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
