Bartender

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and enthusiastically
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer in a timely manner
• Provide menu recommendations and share knowledge of offerings
• Maintain guest tabs, food orders, and organization at the bar
• Manage bar inventory, including beer kegs and liquor levels
• Ensure smooth service through respectful communication with team members

Requirements

• Valid SmartServe Certification
• Minimum 6 months of proven bartending experience
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift beer kegs or wine boxes
• Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays (specifically Thursday to Sunday)
• Legally authorized to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Special Events Program
• WSET certification
