Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and specialty beverages
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality
• Engage with guests at the bar, offering recommendations and creating a welcoming experience
• Manage bar mise en place, stock levels, and daily preparation
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of all bar ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
• Collaborate with the team to develop new drinks and seasonal specials
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards
• Support pre-opening setup, training, and bar operational planning

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a premium or modern dining restaurant
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage trends
• Excellent communication and guest-interaction skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for hospitality and beverage craftsmanship
