Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to established recipes
• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent, efficient service
• Accurately process payments, manage tabs, and follow cashout procedures
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines
• Restock bar supplies, inventory, and glassware as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff for smooth operations
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards

Requirements

• Prior bartending experience preferred
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
• Valid 1st Class alcohol server certification or ability to become certified upon hiring
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 10-20 lbs and stand for long periods
