Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages following club guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized bar section and collaborate with team members
• Educate guests and members about beverage options and daily specials
• Upsell menu items and food pairings to enhance the dining experience
• Collect payments and operate the cash register
• Verify customer identification to ensure legal age requirements are met
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies
• Mix ingredients according to recipes to ensure a consistent beverage program

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume F&B operations
• Craft cocktail experience with seasonal ingredients
• Ability to multitask and deliver efficient service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and reliable schedule
• TIPS certification
