Bartender

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food in an upscale restaurant and music hall atmosphere
• Welcome and acknowledge Foundation Room members, Live Nation Executives, and VIPs
• Maintain impeccable knowledge of mixology, drink trends, and food/beverage pairings
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by requesting proper identification and monitoring guest intoxication levels
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties, including cash handling and maintaining the bartender bank
• Suggestively sell beverages and menu items to guests to drive revenue
• Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications

Requirements

• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale dining or nightlife establishment
• Strong knowledge of beverages, mixology, and wine pairings
• Proven cash handling experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including late hours and nights
• Physical ability to pass a pour test and a timed mixology drill
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience in a high-volume environment
• Experience working in a live music environment
• Experience recognizing valid identification
