About the Company

Le Carlina is a refined and classic luxury chalet located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic, family-oriented atmosphere with exceptional gastronomy and a south-facing terrace overlooking the Bellecôte slope.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the workstation and set up bottles
• Create and serve cocktails and beverages following technical sheets
• Clean and maintain the workspace and tools
• Supervise bar commis staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-end establishment
• Proficiency in English; a second language is a plus
• Passion for mixology
• Ability to quickly learn the menu to advise customers
• Autonomous, discreet, organized, and thoughtful
• Strong communication skills and a team player
